ATO is a program that is put together by the SAC and Institute of Singapore Charted Accountant (ISCA), promoting Singapore CA Qualification as the pathway for aspiring professional accountants (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, n.d.). Through this program, participants can stand to gain increase international recognition as a qualified accountant, as they are trained and mentored by professionals with high level of industry experience and best practice.
